Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year

Driver Pay Rates:

• Start at $0.60 per mile for trainees
• Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
• Top drivers earn $95,000+
• All miles paid (loaded or empty), unless going home
• Extra stop/pickup pay
• Orientation and training pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
• Lumper: paid by JBS ($2.50 per thousand pounds); drivers are not required to unload unless they choose to
• Breakdown pay: $15.50/hour (max 10 hours)
• Layover pay: $140 after 24 hours of idling (must be available for work)
• In transit layover pay: $140 for loads with multiple drops

• Paid sick leave and six holidays
• 401(k) with up to 50% match on the first 4% contributions; company match begins after 1 year, with a 5-year vesting schedule

• Bonuses: retention, safety, and up to $3,100 per driver referral (weekly for a year, and a bonus at 3 months)

Work and Route:

• Average weekly miles: 2,000+
• Main driving region: multi-state
• Truck assignments may vary; no guarantee of being at your home terminal
• 75% of shipments are drop/hook
• 80% are live unloads

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor-trailer experience
• Experience with 48’-53' trailers
• Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
