Driving Opportunities

• Drive Strong: No Freight's more reliable than food!
• Make Gains: Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year
• Driver Pay Rates:
  • Start at $0.60 per mile for trainees
  • Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
  • Top drivers earning $95,000+
  • All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home
  • Extra Stop/Pickup pay
  • Orientation and Training Pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
  • Lumper paid by JBS ($2.50 per thousand pounds); drivers unload only if they choose to
  • Breakdown Pay: $15.50/hour (max 10 hours)
  • Layover Pay: $140 after 24 hours of idling; must be available for work
  • In Transit Layover Pay for loads with multiple drops: $140 per instance

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor-trailer experience
• Experience with 48’-53' trailers
• Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
