Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver to support operations nationwide. Earn $40/hour straight-time pay, plus $25 per diem for each night away from home, with travel and lodging expenses covered. Average weekly pay is $1,700 and average annual pay is $86,600.

This role offers flexible start times, travel up to 5 weeks at a time, and opportunities to operate different equipment. Hazmat endorsement is preferred and assistance is available to obtain it within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-A and valid driving record
• Hazmat endorsement preferred or willing to obtain
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety rules
• Ability to communicate in English and read maps and signs

Responsibilities

• Support various customer operations and locations nationwide
• Cover routes within the assigned network and provide additional operational support as needed
• Perform no-touch freight, driver-assisted deliveries, and unloading as required
• Operate different equipment and adapt to varying travel demands
