Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking an OTR CDL-A Flex Driver for nationwide travel. Earn $43 per hour straight time with guaranteed hours and a $2,200 average weekly pay, plus a $175 weekly per diem and travel expenses covered, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.

You will join a nationwide flex fleet supporting multiple operations, handling 50–60 hours per week across various freight and equipment. Requirements include valid Class A CDL, 9 months tractor-trailer experience in past 3 years, at

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties

Responsibilities

• Operate nationwide across a flex fleet servicing multiple operations
