Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver to support operations across the country. Earn $40/hour straight-time pay, plus $25 per diem for each night away from home, with travel expenses covered. Average weekly pay is about $1,700 and annual pay can reach up to $104,000.

Responsibilities include no-touch freight, driver-assisted deliveries, unloading, and potential to operate different equipment. Hazmat endorsement is encouraged and travel may be up to 5 weeks with 1 week off.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions.
• Must create a profile with the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Support various customer operations and locations nationwide.
• Cover routes within the assigned network and provide additional operational support as needed.
• Work may include no-touch freight, driver-assisted deliveries, and unloading.
• Opportunity to operate different types of equipment; forklift experience preferred with training provided.
