Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver to support nationwide operations with varied routes and equipment. You will earn $40 per hour straight time and enjoy a 50-hour weekly guarantee, with paid weekly.

This role requires at least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience, a REAL ID for travel, and compliance with DOT Clearinghouse. Expect up to five weeks out and one week home, six days a week, with start times around 4:00 PM–7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 9 months tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in the past 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and duties.
• Must have a valid REAL ID for travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to provide additional driver coverage.
• Support OTR routes, local operations, and new account startups.
• Load/unload carts of product.
