Flint Logistics is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for regional, no-touch dry van routes around the lower 48. You will enjoy consistent weekly home time and steady freight movement in a driver-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 3 years.
• Dry van or reefer experience with a CDL-A tractor-trailer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch dry van freight.
• Follow a fixed regional schedule with weekly home time.
• Drive brand new Freightliner trucks with modern amenities.
• Coordinate with dispatch for loads and route timing.

Job description

Home Time: Weekly | Pay: $1,550 to $1,650 per week | Freight: 100% no-touch dry van | Location: Philadelphia, PA

Driver-friendly freight and dependable regional scheduling give CDL-A truck drivers consistent no-touch dry van work while running throughout the lower 48. This position provides weekly home time and pay of $1,550 to $1,650 per week.

Equipment: Brand new Freightliner trucks come equipped with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and mounts for a TV and microwave.

Route & Home Time: Drivers run lower 48 dry van freight with weekly home time incorporated into route planning. Dispatch coordinates load timing and freight assignments throughout the week to support dependable scheduling and consistent route progression.

• Freight is planned in advance to help reduce unnecessary gaps between loads and maintain regular weekly mileage.
• Steady year-round dry van availability supports consistent freight movement.

Dispatch communication continues throughout the workweek as pickup times, delivery schedules, and upcoming assignments are coordinated. Drivers have support with load progression and route timing as they move through the week's freight. Advance planning provides better visibility into upcoming assignments while helping maintain an orderly workweek and dependable movement between scheduled pickups and deliveries.

• Drivers operate 100% no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48.
• Loading and unloading are not required, allowing drivers to concentrate on safe operation and on-time freight delivery.

Orientation: Drivers receive paid orientation with travel and hotel expenses covered. After orientation, drivers are assigned a truck and routed home to get their belongings before beginning regular freight assignments.
