Flint Logistics LLC is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for no-touch, dry van freight across the lower 48. The role offers weekly home time and a steady weekly pay cycle, based in Tampa, FL. Trucks are brand new, with modern amenities and 24/7 dispatch support to keep freight moving efficiently.

Orientation is paid with travel and hotel expenses covered. Drivers will be assigned a truck after orientation and begin regular freight assignments once settled. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and 12 months of driving in the last 3 years.
• 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 3 years.
• Dry van or reefer experience with a CDL-A tractor-trailer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Haul 100% no-touch dry van freight throughout the lower 48.
• Operate on a schedule with weekly home time.
• Coordinate loads and routes to maintain balanced scheduling and load movement.
• Assist with orientation and onboarding process after training.

No-touch freight flow and balanced scheduling give CDL-A truck drivers steady weekly work while running dry van freight across the lower 48. Drivers earn $1,550 to $1,650 per week with weekly home time.

Equipment: Brand new Freightliner trucks equipped with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and mounts for a TV and microwave.

Route & Home Time: Drivers operate throughout the lower 48 with weekly home time. Freight assignments and route timing are coordinated throughout the week to maintain balanced scheduling and organized load movement.

• Loads are planned in advance to help reduce unnecessary downtime and maintain consistent weekly mileage.

• Regular dry van freight keeps drivers moving throughout the week.

Dispatch teams coordinate pickup times, delivery schedules, and route progression to keep freight moving efficiently. Drivers have ongoing communication throughout the week as loads progress from one assignment to the next.

• CDL-A truck drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight throughout the lower 48.

• No loading or unloading allows drivers to concentrate on safe driving, delivery timing, and consistent route progress.

Orientation: Paid orientation is provided with travel and hotel expenses covered. Drivers are assigned a truck after orientation and routed home to pick up their belongings before beginning regular freight assignments.
