Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC is seeking a full-time CDL-A truck driver for 100% no-touch dry van freight with weekly home time. You will operate brand-new Freightliner fleets, follow organized routing, and be supported by dispatch throughout the week.

Orientation is paid with travel and hotel expenses covered, and full benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans. A stable schedule with year-round freight and 24/7 support is provided.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 3 years
• Dry van or reefer experience with a CDL-A tractor-trailer is preferred
• Flatbed, tanker, and oil field experience may also be considered

Easier regional freight and dependable scheduling provide CDL-A truck drivers with steady no-touch dry van work, organized weekly routing, and home time every week. Drivers earn $1,550 to $1,650 per week.

Equipment: Drivers are assigned brand new Freightliner trucks with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and mounts for a TV and microwave.

Route & Home Time: Drivers cover the lower 48 with weekly home time built into load planning. Dispatch coordinates route timing and freight assignments throughout the week to support dependable scheduling and steady progress between loads.

• Advance load planning helps limit unnecessary downtime and maintain consistent weekly mileage.
• Regular year-round dry van freight provides dependable work throughout the year.

Pickup schedules, delivery windows, and upcoming freight assignments are coordinated with dispatch as drivers progress through the week. This provides a more structured workflow while keeping drivers informed about upcoming loads and route timing.

• All freight is 100% no-touch dry van throughout the lower 48.
• No loading or unloading allows drivers to concentrate on driving, delivery timing, and safe operation.

This is a full-time CDL-A truck driver position with year-round freight availability and dispatch support throughout the workweek.

Orientation:

Orientation is paid, with travel and hotel expenses covered. Following orientation, drivers receive their assigned truck and are routed home to collect their belongings before beginning their regular freight schedule.
