Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time CDL-A truck driver for 100% no-touch dry van freight with weekly home time. You will run lower 48 routes with dispatch coordinating load timing to support predictable scheduling and consistent movement.

Orientation is paid with travel and hotel expenses; drivers receive full benefits including medical, dental, and vision, plus vacation, rider/pet policy, and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required or in process.
• 3 months experience in prior 12 months or 12 months in last 3 years preferred.
• Experience with dry van/reefer is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload not required; focus on safe operation and on-time delivery.

Home Time: Weekly | Pay: $1,550 to $1,650 per week

Easier no-touch operation and predictable scheduling give CDL-A truck drivers steady lower 48 dry van freight while maintaining weekly home time. This full-time position pays $1,550 to $1,650 per week.

Equipment: Brand new Freightliner trucks come equipped with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and mounts for a TV and microwave.

Route & Home Time: Drivers run dry van freight throughout the lower 48 with weekly home time incorporated into route planning. Dispatch coordinates freight assignments and load timing to support predictable scheduling and consistent movement throughout the week.

• Loads are planned in advance to help reduce unnecessary gaps between assignments and support consistent weekly mileage.
• Year-round freight availability helps keep dry van freight moving consistently.

Dispatch communication continues throughout the workweek as pickup times, delivery schedules, and upcoming loads are coordinated. Drivers receive support with route progression and freight timing as they move from one assignment to the next.

• Drivers operate 100% no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48.
• Loading and unloading are not required, allowing drivers to remain focused on safe operation and on-time freight delivery.

This is a full-time CDL-A truck driver position with year-round freight availability and regular dispatch support throughout the week.

Orientation: Drivers receive paid orientation with travel and hotel expenses covered. After orientation, drivers are assigned a truck and routed home to get their belongings before beginning regular freight assignments.
