Consistent freight movement and dependable route planning give CDL-A truck drivers steady opportunities to build miles throughout the week while maintaining regular home time. Drivers run primarily through the Midwest and east of I-35, with routes occasionally extending outside the primary running area and throughout all 48 states.
Drivers haul truckload and multi-stop/LTL temperature-controlled freight. The combination of established lanes and varied freight helps maintain steady mileage opportunities throughout the week. NYC and the five boroughs are not forced dispatch, so drivers are not required to take loads into those areas.
Pay is $1,475 to $1,745 per week. Per-diem and a weekly guarantee are also offered, providing additional consistency as drivers build miles throughout the week.
Drivers operate primarily 2021-2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultralofts, along with a limited number of Kenworth T680s. Assigned equipment includes features designed for comfort and convenience while on the road.
The 2021-2024 trucks are equipped with PACCAR motors.
Orientation is held in De Pere, WI, for three days, with classes beginning Mondays and Wednesdays.
