Job summary

Trucking Group UTAH is seeking a Regional CDL Truck Driver to haul battery freight across the Southwest from Yuma, AZ. You will earn $28.92 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and enjoy weekly home time and help obtaining a Hazmat endorsement.

Based in Yuma, AZ, you will operate dry vans, use a liftgate and pallet jack, and deliver to AZ, West Texas, Southern California, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico. Health benefits and 401(k) matching are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in past 3 years.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire; assistance available to obtain it.
• Minimum age 22.
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in past 3 years.
• Must meet FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently for driving duties.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Haul regional battery freight on a dry van fleet.
• Unload at each stop.
• Operate with liftgate and electric pallet jack as needed.
• Deliver within Arizona, West Texas, Southern California, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico.
