Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking drivers for a dedicated reefer fleet on the West Coast. Starting pay is $0.60 per mile, rising to $0.61 at month 7 and $0.62 at month 13, then 1¢ per year to $0.70. Expect 2,800–3,000 miles weekly, with home time every two weeks.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO. Training for new CDL-A graduates is paid and lasts 3–5 weeks with a mentor, after which you join the Lathrop fleet.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license or completion of CDL-A training (120+ hours) is required.
• Live within 50 miles of Lathrop and be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Haul dedicated reefer and dry van freight on West Coast lanes.
• Maintain high weekly miles (2,800–3,000) and ensure on-time delivery.
