Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices is recruiting drivers for Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet, with Southwest Regional Reefer out 10–14 days at a time. Trainees are welcomed and progression depends on experience and performance.

Starting pay is $0.50 CPM, increasing to $0.51–$0.59 CPM with tenure, plus $20 per stop. Typical weekly miles are 2200–2400 and weekly earnings around $1200–$1400. CDL is required and TWIC card assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• CDL required with 1 year 53' tractor-trailer OTR experience in last 3 years or 6 months OTR with 120 hours from an accredited trucking school.
• Trainees must not have any prior driving experience.
• TWIC card required; carrier will assist with costs to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Drop & hook with live load/unload, no touch freight.
• Out 10-14 days on regional runs; 1 day off for every 6 days out (max 4 days).
• No Sap Drivers – urine drug screen; must pass DOT requirements.
• Paid on all miles with weekly miles in the 2200–2400 range; starting CPM gaps 0.50–0.59.
