Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking drivers for temperature-controlled OTR freight. Expect 1,900–2,500 solo miles weekly, home every two weeks, and flexible day/night dispatch. Training is provided with guaranteed weekly pay during instruction and full solo pay after completion.

New drivers receive $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for the first 3 months after first solo dispatch, with an average weekly gross of $1,300–$1,500. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 30 days and a 401(k) with company match.

• Class A CDL required, 21+, clean driving record preferred.
• Proof of 120+ hours from accredited CDL school for brand new drivers.

Who Can Apply

• Class A CDL, 21 or older
• Brand new drivers: proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
• Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years, based on when you got your CDL
• Able to pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing
