Job summary

Safeload Trucking is seeking a CDL-A Reefer Driver with mentor pay opportunities based in Front Royal, VA. The role offers top performers earning up to $108,014 per year, plus CPM pay of $0.65–$0.70 per mile and $150/day mentor pay for training new drivers. Detention pay applies and weekly direct deposit is provided.

Homes time is generally every other weekend with a 34-hour weekly reset. Loads operate regionally in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic with trips to warehouses in MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD,

Qualifications

• Reefer experience preferred.
• Willingness to mentor new drivers and earn extra pay.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days or sponsor available.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reefer trailers to deliver refrigerated goods.
• Deliver to warehouses in Front Royal/MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA and surrounding states.
• Maintain safety, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

No-Touch Freight – refrigerated goods, no unloading required

Mix of Drop & Hook / Live Loads
