Over The Road Mentor

$1,800-$2,230 per week!

Job Description

• The Over the Road Mentor position offers an excellent opportunity to travel while earning competitive pay.
• Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.
• We are committed to safety. Our drivers are equipped with top‑of‑the‑line Freightliner trucks that are three years old or newer.
• Mentors and their trainees handle no‑touch freight, primarily refrigerated goods with some dry freight.
• Mentors train apprentices to safely and efficiently operate a truck in compliance with state and local laws, as well as company policies.
• Your success as a mentor will depend on a strong work ethic and effective communication.
• All mentors must be 25 years of age or older and have at least 6 months of recent tractor‑tanker experience.

Delivery Locations

• Delivery locations and haul lengths vary based on your place of residence.

Schedule

• Home Time: 2–3 weeks out with 2–3 days off

Equipment

• Company‑provided sleeper trucks pulling 53' trailers.
