GAATCO is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a small mom-and-pop company, a driver-focused regional reefer operation. Drivers enjoy consistent miles, weekly home time, flexible scheduling, and non-forced dispatch.

Regional routes primarily in Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania with occasional trips further afield. Trucks are Freightliner Cascadia; home every week with 34-hour resets and access to taking trucks home.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with reefer experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience.
• Clean driving record.

Home Weekly

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a small mom-and-pop company, a driver-focused regional reefer operation. Drivers enjoy consistent miles, weekly home time, flexible scheduling, and non-forced dispatch.

Pay & Miles

• $0.60 CPM with 2 years of experience
• $0.62 CPM with 3 years of experience
• $0.65 CPM with 4+ years of experience
• 2,700–3,000 miles per week
• Average weekly earnings of $1,620.00–$1,950.00
• $1,500.00 sign-on bonus after 2 weeks of driving

Home Time & Schedule

• Home weekly
• 5 days out with a minimum 34-hour reset
• Flexible scheduling
• Drivers must run at least 2 loads per week
• Drivers can leave Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday
• Non-forced dispatch
• Drivers can take their trucks home

Regional Routes

• Primarily operating throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania
• Occasional runs into New York, New Jersey, and Delaware
• No NYC
• Typically 2 trips per week
• Consistent routes designed to provide 2,700–3,000 miles weekly

Equipment

• Freightliner Cascadia tractors
• No slip seating
• Trucks can be taken home
• No driver-facing cameras
