Job summary

Safeload Trucking is hiring CDL-A Team Drivers for Reefer on static routes. Earn up to $108,000 per year with weekly pay and a base CPM of $0.29–$0.405/mile based on experience.

This team account requires true partners (or willing to be matched within 50 miles), offers 3–4 days home every 3–4 weeks, preloaded trailers, and heavy regional coverage across UT, MO, WI, PA, and TX. Dedicated account with full benefits including HSA, life insurance, AD&D, PTO, bonuses, and an unlimited cash referral

What You'll Earn

Weekly Pay: $1,700 – $2,000 (1+ year experience)

Annual Pay: $91,700 – $108,000 (1+ year experience)

CPM Pay Scale: $0.29 – $0.405/mile (based on experience)

Average Weekly Miles: 4,900 miles

Weekly Pay – direct deposit, every week

• 3–4 Days Home Every 3–4 Weeks Out

• Static Routes – same distribution centers every week
• National Coverage – routes span UT, MO, WI, PA, TX
• Preloaded Trailers – pick up ready-to-go trailers at terminal
• Drop Trailer Delivery – efficient, no-touch unloading at DCs
