Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Driving record meeting DOT & FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete 200–250 hours of structured training with an experienced mentor before solo driving.
• Transition to solo driving after training; drive late-model equipment.
• Follow shipper/receiver procedures and maintain ELD/log accuracy.
