Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related construction experience, with at least 2 years in paving or asphalt operations.
• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Comply with and promote all Safety policies and procedures.
• Support daily paving operations by ensuring the crew has necessary tools and supplies.
• Take inventory of tools and equipment; report shortages or damages.
• Assist crew members with general labor or setup as directed.
