Position Summary
The Tool Truck Driver is responsible for getting all small tools and equipment to the job site and maintaining supplies for the project and preforming labor work as needed.
Responsibilities
- Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety first, in everything we do.
- Understand and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures.
- Attend all safety meetings.
- Be sure inventory is taken at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Make sure all tools are properly secured prior to mobilization.
- Gather necessary supplies for each days production.
- Maintain good health status and flexibility to bend, push, pull, stoop and/or twist.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to include day/night shift work with extended hours when necessary.
- Able to climb ladders maintaining a 3 point contact.
- Follow daily procedures and directions as instructed by the paving supervisor.
- Keep your truck clean at all times Assist paving crew with various duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- CDL A.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
