Job summary

Pavement Restorations, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver to safely transport materials to and from job sites and perform related duties on construction projects. This hourly-rated role requires a valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record, with day or night shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of CDL experience, good communication, and a strong safety mindset to help keep communities moving.

Qualifications

Must have a Class A CDL and a minimum of two years driving experience.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to understand work directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Safely transport materials to and from job sites, following traffic and safety regulations.
Conduct daily safety checks on the vehicle and inspect for leaks or damage.
Load and unload construction and paving equipment safely.
Operate construction and/or paving equipment when required.
Maintain compliance with USDOT and FMCSA safety regulations.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete DVIRs.
Calculate weights for DOT permitting and ensure cargo securement rules are met.
Possess a current medical examiners certificate (FMCSR part 391.41).
Workday or night shifts as required.
Perform incidental duties as assigned.
