Expect 99% no-touch freight, a typical cadence of 2–3 weeks out, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year. Solo Owner Operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year, with base pay of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
