Job summary

Forward Air Corporation is seeking Owner Operators to join its nationwide, closed-terminal network. Earn up to $250,000 gross per year with base pay of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC; typical weekly gross ranges $4,100–$5,200, with additional compensation based on load destination.

Solo operators can expect 2–3 weeks out, 99% no-touch freight, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year. Strong driver support and cost-saving programs enhance profitability.

Qualifications

• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.

Responsibilities
