Job summary

Forward Air Corporation is seeking Owner Operators to join our nationwide network. As a partner, you’ll run a profitable operation with steady freight, strong pay, and dedicated driver support designed for independent owners.

Owners/operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year, with base pay of $1.31 loaded mile and $1.18 empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid within the first year.

Qualifications

• CDL A required and verifiable driving history.
• Strong understanding of freight handling and safety.
• Ability to operate within a nationwide network.
