Most freight is 99% no-touch, with 2–3 weeks out on the road and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in the first year. Strong support and steady freight help maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment newer than 10 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Owner Operator within Forward's nationwide terminal network.
• Maintain CDL compliance, safety standards, and prevent breakdowns.
