Job summary

CR England in Wisconsin is seeking experienced CDL drivers for over-the-road solo runs. You will drive 2–3 weeks at a time with 2–3 days off, handling mostly refrigerated freight and some dry loads, all no-touch. Routes adapt to where you live, maximizing efficiency.

You will stay connected with a fleet manager, earn pay per mile, and benefit from Safe and On Time bonuses. The role rewards a strong work ethic and consistent weekly miles, with veteran-friendly support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience.

Job description

Wisconsin drivers ready for long-haul miles can settle into this OTR solo seat, where delivery points and haul lengths are shaped by where you live.

You run two to three weeks out, then take two to three days off. Most of your freight is refrigerated, with some dry loads mixed in, and all of it is no-touch.

Good communication goes a long way here. You stay in touch with customers and your fleet manager, and a strong work ethic keeps your weeks running smoothly.

The Work:

• OTR solo driving across the country

Schedule:

• 2-3 days off

Equipment:

• Freightliner trucks three years old or newer
• Automatic transmission
• Latest safety features
• 53' trailers

Support on the Road:

• A support team focused on keeping you moving instead of waiting around
• A fleet maintained so equipment problems don't slow you down
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
• Pay per mile (CPM)
• Pay is based on 1+years of experience to these OTR accounts

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
