Job summary

CR England is seeking an OTR solo driver based in Texas. This position features 2–3 weeks out with 2–3 days off, mostly refrigerated freight, no-touch, and routes influenced by your home location.

You will regularly communicate with customers and your fleet manager, operate Freightliner trucks 3+ years old with automatics and 53' trailers, and work within a safety‑driven culture with benefits including PTO, health plans, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience.
• Medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life and AD+D insurance.
• Paid time off (PTO) and 401(k) benefits.

Responsibilities

• Transport primarily refrigerated freight, with some dry loads.
• OTR routes; 2–3 weeks out with 2–3 days off based on home location.

East Texas drivers who like long runs and a steady rhythm will find this OTR solo seat a good fit. You spend 2-3 weeks out, then take 2-3 days off, with haul lengths and delivery locations shaped by where you live.

Most of what you pull is refrigerated, with some dry freight mixed in, and it is all no-touch. Your day runs on a strong work ethic and clear communication with customers and your fleet manager.
