Job summary

CR England is seeking drivers for OTR solo assignments in the United States. You will handle primarily refrigerated freight with some dry loads, staying out 2–3 weeks at a time and taking 2–3 days off between runs.

Pay is based on miles with a safety-first culture and a weekly on-time bonus potential. Deliveries vary by home base and you’ll stay in close contact with customers and your fleet manager to coordinate schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate primarily refrigerated freight, with occasional dry loads.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and fleet managers.
• Deliver to varying locations with haul lengths shaped by home base, while ensuring safety and on-time performance.

Job description

East Texas drivers who like long runs and a steady rhythm will find this OTR solo seat a good fit. You spend 2-3 weeks out, then take 2-3 days off, with haul lengths and delivery locations shaped by where you live.

Most of what you pull is refrigerated, with some dry freight mixed in, and it is all no-touch. Your day runs on a strong work ethic and clear communication with customers and your fleet manager.

The Work:

• Primarily refrigerated freight, plus some dry loads

• Regular contact with customers and fleet managers

Schedule:

• 2-3 days off

Equipment:

• Freightliner trucks that are three years old or newer
• Automatic transmissions
• 53' trailers
• Equipped with the latest safety features
