Job summary

CR England is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for a coast-to-coast dedicated account. You will handle live loads and unloads in a team setting, hauling no-touch refrigerated freight from Gilroy, CA to distribution centers across the Midwest and Southeast and back to California.

Drivers operate 53' refrigerated trailers with automatic transmissions. Home time is every other week, with routes covering multiple states.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Drivers must live within 100 miles of Gilroy, CA or Colton, CA

Responsibilities

• Drive coast-to-coast routes delivering to IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA and FL and return to CA
• Operate 53' refrigerated trailers with automatic transmissions
• Team driving with a co-driver on the dedicated account
• Home time every other week
• No-touch refrigerated freight and live load/unload

Job description

From Gilroy, CA all the way to distribution centers in the Midwest, the Northeast and the Southeast, this team lane covers the country and then brings you back to California with a return load. You and your co-driver run no-touch refrigerated freight for the Christopher Ranch dedicated account.

Loads are live load and live unload, and you're home every other week. It's steady, coast-to-coast work for experienced CDL-A drivers who like running as a team.

• Pick up freight in Gilroy, CA
• Deliver to distribution centers in IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA and FL
• Return loads head back to CA
• No-touch refrigerated freight
• Live load and live unload

Home Time:

• Home every other week
• Drivers in Southern CA report to the Colton, CA terminal and will need their own way to get there and back

Equipment:

• Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks with Automatic transmissions
• 53' refrigerated trailers
