Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring no-experience CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight, with a mentor during training and then per-mile pay between $0.55 and $0.69. Training is paid, with mentor riding along initially. Nights at home aren’t promised; trips are approximately two weeks out with no-touch freight and loads sealed for the customer.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license; no experience required to start.
• Mentor-based training program
• ELDT completed through FMCSA provider
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight on over-the-road (OTR) lanes.
• Learn under a mentor for the first weeks and during training.
• Complete needed paperwork and maintain safety and compliance.
