Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking Central New York Class A drivers. Earn about $1,700 per week (~$88,400 annually) with a starting rate of $0.80 per mile, rising to $0.85; typical weekly mileage around 1,900 miles, plus $15 per stop. Home weekly, hand-unload freight, and be supported by a dedicated planner.

New grads (120 CDL-school hours) or drivers with verifiable experience are welcome. Training includes paid mentor sessions before solo driving, 24/7 dispatch, and full solo pay after completion.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL in home state, 21 or older.
• New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• DOT physical, hair and urine screen; able to hand-unload freight.

Responsibilities

• Operate in Central New York Class A routes with weekly home time.
• Hand-unload freight at stops as required.
• Coordinate with a dedicated planner to maximize miles and efficiency.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
