Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Driver in the Richmond, VA area to securely deliver and unload food products along intrastate and interstate routes, with shifts including overnights and Saturday work. You will maintain DOT compliance, perform safety checks, and interact professionally with customers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role offers competitive pay plus a sign-on bonus up to $7,500, with benefits starting Day 1 and opportunities for growth within a nationwide food

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform pre/post trip inspections and safety checks.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers professionally.
• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck per route schedules.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and repairs as needed.
• Load, unload and secure freight safely and accurately.
• Complete required freight paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
