Schneider National is seeking drivers with a valid Class A CDL to haul 100% no-touch freight with dry van trailers across a predictable power lane network.

New drivers may receive a sign-on bonus plus a guaranteed weekly minimum during initial weeks. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid orientation. Candidates must live within 75 miles of Flagstaff, Kingman, or Yuma, AZ.

Overview

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.06 per mile based on weekly miles.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
