Schneider National is seeking drivers for regional driving with predictable power lanes and high freight volume. Drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight with consistent planning and advance dispatch for optimal drive time and minimal downtime.

Various pay incentives, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this full-time role. Qualified candidates hold a valid Class A CDL, with HazMat endorsement preferred, and must live within 75 miles of Flagstaff, AZ, Kingman, or Yuma.

Overview

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.06 per mile based on weekly miles.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
