Schneider National in the Las Vegas area is seeking experienced regional drivers to haul freight across the Western states. You’ll work predictable power lanes with high freight volume, mostly no-touch loads and clear planning with advance dispatch.

Competitive compensation includes mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, weekly bonus potential, a substantial sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package. Orientation and time at home add to the appeal.

Overview

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
• Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time.
• Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning.
• Haul 95% no-touch freight with dry van trailers.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.06 per mile based on weekly miles.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
