Schneider National is hiring regional drivers to haul freight with predictable power lanes and no-touch loads in Arizona. You will be dispatched in advance to optimize planning, with opportunities for sign-on bonuses and weekly guarantees.

Overview

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
• Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.06 per mile based on weekly miles.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
