Job summary

Schneider Intermodal driving position near Memphis, TN offers 100% no-touch freight with 95% drop-and-hook. Drivers haul containers on company-owned chassis and operate within a 275-mile radius of Memphis, Tennessee.

Qualified drivers receive mileage and load pay, hourly pay on duty, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in year one, plus paid orientation and time-off benefits after six months, including six holidays per year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred
• Live within 100 miles of West Memphis, AR
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
