Job summary

Schneider National is seeking an Intermodal driver to haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. Expect 99% no-touch freight and 90% drop-and-hook, with routes across AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, and TN; share in mileage/load pay and on-duty hourly pay while not driving.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year for experienced drivers, along with paid orientation and time off after 6 months, plus annual holiday pay and a potential 3% annual bonus on gross

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat endorsement must be obtained within 90 days of hire; Schneider provides online training.
• Tanker endorsement is strongly preferred.
• Must live within 25 miles of Chattanooga, TN.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications
