Schneider National is seeking professional truck drivers for dedicated lawn and garden freight across the Midwest, Northeast, and South. The role features 100% no-touch work, 60% drop-and-hook, and 10–15 loads weekly with 2–4 stop-offs per load, plus predictable home time.

Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly on-duty pay, a guaranteed weekly minimum during the first 90 days, weekly performance pay, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, and a robust benefits package.

Overview

• Haul lawn and garden freight in dry van trailers.


• 100% no-touch and 60% drop-and-hook freight.


• 10-15 loads per week with 2-4 stop-offs per load.


• Drive within the Midwest, Northeast and South.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.


• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
