Schneider National is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for dedicated lanes in the United States, focusing on the Atlanta/Nashville corridor and surrounding regions. You will haul lawn and garden freight in dry van trailers, with 5–10 loads weekly and 1–2 stops per load, traveling across the Midwest, Northeast and South.

The role offers mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, a first-year sign-on bonus, orientation pay, and time off benefits, plus an annual performance bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Residence within 60 miles of Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
