Job summary

Schneider National in Minnesota is seeking CDL drivers to haul lawn and garden freight in dry van trailers across the Midwest, Northeast and South. This 100% no-touch operation has 10–15 loads weekly and 2–4 stops per load.

Pay includes mileage plus hourly on duty, with a $1,000 weekly guarantee for the first 90 days, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, and a broad benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and holiday pay).

Pay and bonus potential

• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
