Job summary

Schneider National in Minnesota is looking for professional truck drivers to haul building materials on flatbed trailers within 200 miles of Rochester. You will unload with moffetts and make 5-6 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.

This role requires a valid Class A CDL, the ability to perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs, and a Monday-Saturday schedule starting early in the morning. Schneider offers strong pay, bonuses, and benefits.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
