Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated CDL Class A drivers to haul building materials on flatbeds within Minnesota and neighboring states. You’ll unload using moffetts and deliver to homes, job sites, and businesses with a focus on safe, efficient operations.

The role features a Monday–Saturday schedule with early start times, consistent home time, and competitive driver incentives including sign-on bonuses and annual performance rewards.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
