Job summary

Schneider National in Minnesota is seeking dedicated drivers to haul building materials on flatbed trailers within a 200 mile radius of Willmar. You’ll start at 05:30, Monday through Saturday, handling 5–6 loads per week with multiple stop-offs and unloading with moffetts.

Expect consistent home time and a predictable schedule. Benefits include sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months with holiday pay, and a yearly bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
