Schneider National is seeking a dedicated driver to haul building materials on flatbed trailers within a 200-mile radius of Saint Cloud, MN. You will unload freight with moffetts and regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs while delivering to homes, job sites, and businesses.

The role offers an hourly pay model with weekly performance pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, a $5,000 sign-on for inexperienced drivers, paid orientation, and time off after six months

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Willingness to drive within 200 miles of Saint Cloud, MN.

• Monday-Saturday schedule starting at 0530.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
