Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking new CDL grads for OTR trucking across the eastern states, with lanes east of Denver. Loads may be drop-and-hook, live load, live unload and preloads; freight is planned ahead and dispatched around the clock.

Training begins with 120 hours from CDL school, one-on-one with an experienced mentor and paid training. After you graduate, you go solo in your own truck at full pay, with benefits after 30 days including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and yearly raises.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL from your state, 21+, required.
• New CDL grad (120+ hours) or verifiable driving experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years on driving record.
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair/urine drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• OTR lanes east of Denver, loads include various pickup/delivery types.

The numbers

• $1,200 to $1,800 a week, about $62,400 to $93,600 a year
• 1,800 to 2,900 miles a week
• Mileage pay plus stop pay
• Paid every week by direct deposit
• Home every two weeks

The work

OTR lanes across everything east of Denver, except the Northeast. Loads mix drop-and-hook, live load, live unload and preloads. Freight is planned ahead and dispatched day and night.

The training

120 hours from CDL school gets you in. You train one-on-one with an experienced mentor and get paid for it. When you finish, you go solo at full pay in your own assigned truck, an automatic or 10-speed about 1.5 years old.
