Job summary

Sharps Medical Waste Services is seeking a Class A CDL long-haul driver to service LQ and SQ accounts, ensuring safe, compliant transport and top-notch customer service. You will plan routes, maintain records, and communicate with dispatchers to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with at least 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport and service LQ and SQ accounts safely per regulations.
• Maintain accurate route documentation and DOT logs.
• Plan daily schedules using manifests and route sheets.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate issues to supervisors/dispatchers promptly.
• Complete required paperwork and ensure proper packaging.
• Operate Dry Van 53’, Jockey, Roll-Off, and Reefer trailers.
