Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a CDL-A Driver to operate tractor trailers or straight trucks, delivering food and related products to customers on intrastate and interstate routes. You will be the face of the company, building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring timely, safe deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6 to 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.
• Able to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and coworkers professionally.
• Perform safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Drive to deliver orders on schedule.
• Unload products and obtain customer signatures.
• Complete required paperwork and logs.
• Secure equipment and keep trailers clean.
